• To assist the Manager in daily estate operation
• To handle customers inquires
• To monitor contractor work and maintenance of the offices
• To be responsible for clerical work
• To be responsible for daily account receivable, petty cash, general expenses and journal entry
• To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

• HKDSE or above, preferably in property or facility management or related disciplines
• 2 years of working experience preferably gained in property management/customer services/administration
• Good PC knowledge in MS Words, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Service-minded, mature, independent, self-motivated
• Immediate available is highly preferable
$12000-$13000
