Operations Officer/Facilities/Operations Officer (Technician)營地技工

對營地設施進行檢查並在需要時進行日常維護;
獨立工作及處理小型維修;
Oversee and coordinate cleaning & maintenance works;
Responsible for daily maintenance and repair of camp site facilities & renovation;
Performs daily check-ups on facilities and equipment;
Manage and keep record on facilities asset;
Support front office operations;
Other duties as assigned by Manager;
上午9時至下午6時, 輪休,每週工作5天至6天,每天工作 9 小時, 每月6天休息日 9am-6pm, 5-6 working days per week, shift holiday, 6 day off per month
荃灣
三年或以上保養維修工作經驗 (機電系統、油漆、木器或泥水);
(良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文);
較少經驗可任職助理營地技工;
Diploma holder or above;
3 years experiences in facilities management;
Knowledge and skill set for general maintenance;
Hands-on experience with housekeeping and maintenance would be an advantage;
Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Facilities Officer / Assistant Operations Officer;
(Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English)
每月$20,000 - $23,000 per month
